I cannot wait to get this new Paper Pumpkin kit.  Stampin' Up is getting ready for Valentine's Day.

I know Christmas was just yesterday but we can always celebrate LOVE.
The holiday season is about love.

Paper Pumpkin is a crafting subscription kit and if you sign up for it, you will have fun and creativity sent to your home every month.  You can subscribe for one, three, six, or twelve months.  However, you can start and stop or postpone it when you don't like what the kit is for the month.

These kits are great for kids to give away to friends, you can share them with co-workers, and as a way to relieve your stress.  I know I always end up very proud when I complete one of the kits.

Interested?

Order now and it will ship by January 10, 2022

You won't be disappointed.
Enjoy!

Simple Sunday - Gift Box (3-D Project)

(Click on picture to view the video)

I needed a couple of boxes for gifts I am giving to friends in the office.  I used Stampin' Up cardstock to make these boxes.  I used DSP for the lids to add some texture and pizzazz.  You can create a box for mostly anything.  You need to measure your item - Length X Width X Hight - With that information, you can measure for your box and lid.

My item was a little squirt bottle (circular) that measured - 4 1/2" x 1 1/2"

I used Pear Pizzazz Cardstock for the base and Heartwarming Hugs DSP for the lid.  I loved adding the plain paper with the patterned top.  I hope you enjoy this video.  I'll create a free PDF for reference when creating a gift boxes and add it to my blog.  Heartwarming Hugs DSP is no longer available but you can use any paper you like.

If you purchase anything from my Stampin' up website, please use the December Host Code and I'll make sure to send you a Thank You gift.

Simple Sunday - Heartfelt Wishes (Gift Card Holder)

(click the picture to take you to video)

I am trying to catch up with all my postings.  Here is a card I created on December 12, 2021.

Thank you for coming to my blog.  Here is a card that involves #simplestamping which uses paper, ink, and stamps.  I used the Heartfelt Wishes Stamp Set and Down to Earth DSP.  I also love tone-on-tone coloring.  I used the  Night of Navy ink pad to use on the sentiment and the DSP had a color combination of Misty Moonlight and Night of Navy.  Lastly, I used the Night of Navy as a the accent color.

The holidays are here and was inspired by Sharleen Ito Stamps FB Live on how to make a Gift Card Holder.  My creation is very simple to recreate.

FYI...the Down to Earth Designer Series Paper is no longer available.  However, you can do this with any DSP and use an accent color from the DSP to replace the Night of Navy.  The choices are endless.

Below is a list of all the Stampin' Up items used to create this card.  If you place an order, please use the December Host Code and I'll send you a gift as a thank you.

Simple Sunday - Peaceful Cabin Card

It has taken me awhile to get back to posting on my blog.  If you are here, I am so happy that you are here.
This card is super simple yet very pretty.  It does involve embossing and I LOVE embossing.  I also love to do tone-on-tone stamping/coloring which is on this card as well.

#simplestamping involves paper, ink, and a stamp set.  This card fits that ticket.  However, I decided to use embossing powder.  Embossing always makes things look fancy.  You can make this card without embossing and it will still look just as beautiful.

My Stampin' Up website will have all the items used for this project listed.  Please use the December Host Code and I'll send you a gift as a thank you.
